I sent several emails to NFL, MLB, NHL and NBA teams in september and 3 teams answered back by sending be a fanpack of their team.
Only 3 so far cause I live far from north america and I couldn't sent a pre stamped envelope.

NHL Player Zbynek Michalek Success! (Arizona Coyotes) - 18. March 2015
I sent a L.O.R. only to the NHL team Arizona Coyotes on 2/4/15. I asked them if they could send me an autograph of any player. Today I received an autographed 8 1/2 x 11 photo of Zbynek Michalek and a lot of other goodies. This is my 3rd success from the Arizona Coyotes. Every time I have received atleast 1 authentic autographed photo from them. My first request 2 years ago, they sent me 2 autographed photos of 2 different players. They have been very generous. I have had a lot of luck with the NHL teams the past couple years. I have got quite a bit of autographs.
