LOR, SASE, a 5x7 photo, a 4x6 photo, a Q&A card, and a donation to the John Wayne Cancer Foundation of $40 per photo as requested. I also donated $10 more to the foundation so that he might fill out my Q&A card. I told him if he didn't want to fill out the card he did not have to and to keep the $10 donation. I also asked if he could personalize the 5x7 to my Mema. It will be a Christmas gift for her.

I received everything back unsigned with a letter stating that they are requesting we donate money to his father's charity if we want an autograph. The John Wayne Cancer Foundation. The 5x7 was going to be a Christmas gift for my grandmother in law so I am willing to pay the $40. Still deciding if it's worth it to pay for one for myself. I think I might!
