I sent him a LOR and a SASE with an index card on 10/09/12 and today I got this in the mail. Oh well, Im going to give the CA address a shot. Maybe Ill get lucky.

Adam West no success! - 17. October 2012
On September 20th, I sent a SASE, LOR and an two 8x10 photo to Adam West at the address in the database.
On October 15th received my two photo unsigned  and the LOR.
I think in the future, the autographs are purchased at Adamwest.com.
It is a pity that in the reply no information has been added |

Adam West Bought Success - 13. October 2012
Since Adam West seems to be hit or miss these days, I decided to go ahead and buy a photo off of his website. Bought the photo 10/6/2012 and received today personalized.

Adam West Super Fast Success!!! - 08. October 2012
On September 26th, I sent a SASE, LOR, and an 8x10 photo to Adam West at the address in the database, and on October 5th received my photo signed and personalized!! The envelope was stamped "ADAMWEST.COM" on the back of it.
