It appears he attempted to sign with a silver sharpie that must have been dead. There is a very faint silver signature of his first name in the center of the collage photo, and instead he signed in black on the corner.Â

Carl Reiner Success! - August 30th, 2017
I sent a LOR, SASE, and photo on 8/1/17 and on 8/29/17 I received my photo back signed.
This time I used the following address:

10474 Santa Monica Blvd #405
Los Angeles, CA 90025
Previously I used the address below and had a return to sender:
Carl Reiner
Clear Productions, Inc.
9171 Wilshire Boulevard
Suite 400
Beverly Hills, CA 90210-5516
As you can see on my envelope, they crossed out the Beverly Hills address and stamped the Los Angles address on there. I would assume they moved their office and I would not recommend using the old Beverly Hills address.

Carl Reiner RTS Failure - August 1st, 2017
I sent LOR, SASE, and photo on 7/18/17 and on 7/24/17 I received my envelope back with a yellow post office label marked "Return to Sender Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable To Forward"
Others have mentioned recently about getting a similar result with this address despite lots of successes listed on here in the past.
I used the following address:

Beverly Hills CA 90210-5516
Others have gotten mail back with an address of:
10474 Santa Monica Blvd. #405
Los Angles, CA 90025
So I think I will try that one next and see what luck I have.
