I sent a card, letter and an SASE to Cecil Cooper on April 19. I received it signed and in my SASE on May 2nd. I used the address in the database.

Cecil Cooper - Former Brewers 1st Baseman and Astros Manager - 06. Februar 2013
I just got this one back a few days ago. Only took about a year!! But I was super thrilled to see it in my mail box. Post mark was from Phoenix so Im not sure if Cecils Texas address is current or any good.
