D.C. United Fan Pack Success! - 20. Januar 2013
Sent an email to dcucustomerservice at dcunited.com on January 6, 2013. Received a fan pack back on January 19, 2013 (days waited: 14 days). The fan pack included: a letter, 4 ball cards (3 of them autographed: Lance Rozeboom, Lewis Neal, Robbie Russell, and the one that isnt autographed, the mascot, Talon), a Major League Soccer Bookmark, a stack of DC United post-it notes, a DC United (I dont know what it is) piece of note paper?, and last but not least, a DC United/Verizon Wireless bandana.

D.C. United Fan Pack success! - 12. Juli 2012
Very happy to receive this as DC is my favorite soccer team. I received a thank you letter, a car magnet, a pocket calendar, and best of all, a large scarf that has the DC United logo on one side and Volkswagen written on the other. The package came via UPS which surprised me for a free fan pack. Again, very happy!
