Rafael Belliard Success x2!! (Detroit Tigers) - 05. December 2011 On 9/2/2011 I sent former MLB shortstop and current Detroit Tigers bench coach Rafael Belliard a SASE, LOR, and 2 cards. Today I received both cards back signed with a black felt tipped marker!! I sent to the Tigers Stadium back in September, the return address is West Palm Beach FL.
