I sent 2 photo, letter and SAE to David on: 3rd August 2012, as well as 3 others in a big envelope, and on friday I recieved my photos back signed, with one signed and personalized as requested, he also sent a signed and personalized promo card.

Got my picture back signed along with a cast card signed but not personalized with a note on the back saying, "Dear Louis, from the offices of Sandra singer (Maisies agent) your mail arrived to our office on: 12.06.12"
