Wrote to Mr. Gossage on August 6th, 2020, received my TC back signed on August 18th, 2020. 12 Day turnaround. Address was the address in the database. No scan of the envelope, as Iâm having problems with Surf My Pictures. Post mark was Denver Colorado, August 14th. |

Rich Goose Gossage MLB HOF SUCCESS Oct 2019 - 21. March 2020

I sent him two cards to the address in the database. He returned one signed in blue ink and another unsigned. I will count this as a major success since Goose is an MLB HOF.
I sent a letter with SASE and LOR on Oct 11, 2019, and got it back Oct 29, 2019. 18 days later! I used his Colorado Springs, CO address. |

Rich " Goose " Gossage Baseball (Goose Gossage) - 11. September 2019
Richard Michael "Goose" Gossage (born July 5, 1951) is a former Major League Baseball right-handed relief pitcher. During a 22-year baseball career (from 1972â1994), he pitched for nine different teams, spending his best years with the New York Yankees and San Diego Padres. The nickname "Goose" came about when a friend did not like his previous nickname "Goss", and noted he looked like a goose when he extended his neck to read the signs given by the catcher when he was pitching. Although Gossage is otherwise generally referred to as "Rich" in popular media, a baseball field named after him bears the name "Rick".. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2008.
