Success with Jeff Cirillo and second attempt. I used the PO BOX from Medina, WA and it worked.
This was my second try after an initial failure and RTS.s

I sent my LOR and SASE and a few TC. I got one returned unsigned but that is ok he signed all the others. Thank You, Mr. Cirillo!!.
I sent my request on April 21, 2020, and got my cards back on May 7, 2020. 3 weeks later. Thank You again Mr. Cirillo. |

I sent this out about a week ago with my LOR and SASE. I got it back on April 17, 2020 RTS.
