On 2/18/14 I sent an email to Joan Rivers customer service requesting a signed photo. I received an email back the next day saying that they would be able to send one in a few weeks. Today, 3/24/14, I received an 8x10 in the mail. Great success from a TV legend. Sent email to: { Email Address }

And right after my first success, I got my first failure!
Sent a letter to the database address for Joan Rivers on January 20th, 2014, and today January 30th I got my letter returned, stating it was not deliverable as addressed:
