Sent a handout from game a few years ago to Joe Altobelli, c/o Jerry Altobelli, 18 Bonita Dr., Rochester, N.Y. 14616-1014 on 7/24/20. Got back handout unsigned with note explaining due to health issues he can no longer sign, they did include old signed card which was really nice.
