John Quayle failure, but great success - December 15th, 2013 I sent a Terry and June DVD cover, letter and Recorded Delivery SAE on: 18th November 2013, and on Friday I didnt recieve my DVD cover back, i just recieved a signed photo from him, still really happy , but I will rewrite to him, and ask about the DVD cover.
