And It Came With A COA stating that it was obtained at the super mega show festival in 2003. Im not Sure If Its Authentic And Sadly I Dont Have A Camera Or Scanner But I Made A Youtube Video Of It On My Phone, It Has Horrible Resolution But It's Acceptable.
