Hi, today i got a signed pic from Phil and i tried twice! The first one i sent my own picture but i never got a reply so this year i tried one more time and they sent me this signed pic and the picture i sent in 2011 O.o
I sent a SAE on August 22nd, 2014 and i got it today! Oh and i used the address in database:

On the 14th of November I sent a LOR and a SASE to Phil Collins no picture as I know they send out pre signed pictures and today I got one back very happy I love his music what a legend!
