I looked on the website and decided to give it a try since my husband is a Peg fan. The address I used was P.O. Box 17449Memphis, TN 38187-0449 USA
I wrote a letter, included a photo, although based on the comments, I expected to get a presigned photo. I sent the pre-stamped envelope and I got a response in about 3 weeks!
I was shocked! And my husband was happy too.
I would include the picture but he already stashed it away for safe keeping..

Simon Pegg - Success - 2018 - 03. Mai 2018
Happy to get this one back, I had sent a letter,picture and a stamped self addressed envelope. The picture I sent was returned unsigned but I did get 2 signed pictures that he provided. Although they are presigned I do think they are authentic as they are very similar to the signature I got from him when I met him in person. They are also in different positions than what some of you guys received.
