Its taken a long time, and multiple attempts, but today I finally got a response from Tom Welling of "Smallville"!!! I received 2 autographed photos in the mail today. Today I got a great success, on 2/23/2011 I sent two photos to Tom Welling. He sent back a signed autographed photo different than the ones I sent.
