I resent the photo, that was sent back unsigned, along with letter and SAE with US Stamps on to Zach on: 25th April 2012, and today I recieved my photo back signed, plus he even put more postage on my SAE too.

Zach Galligan success and failure! - 25. April 2012
I sent 2 photos, letter and SAE with US Stamps on to Zach on: 6th February 2012, and today I recieved both photos back, with only 1 signed, the other returned unsigned. Still very happy though.
