a reply from his office enclosing a signed picture of Mr and Mrs Bush.

It seems signed but i am not too sure or maybe could be auto pen. Just hope that they are signed as i had been following up for sometime now. Glad i got something back thou this time around !!

Laura Bush Bookplate Success - 31. October 2012 On 26/8/12 I sent an LOR and an SASE to:

And today I received a signed bookplate in my SASE.
I am not sure about the Authenticity of this bookplate, it is signed in a different pen from what they are usually signed in, and there seems to be quite large dots at the end of the L and the B. Can anyone give me any opinions? Thanks
